1. Your store URL — so we can see what you're working with.
2. Which theme you installed — Uisce, Gaoth, Talamh, Tine or Neart. The five differ enough that the same setting can behave differently.
3. What you're trying to do — the goal, not just the symptom.
4. Steps to reproduce — what did you click or change before the issue appeared?
5. A screenshot — attach it to the form directly. One picture saves a lot of back-and-forth.
